The National Pan-Hellenic Council, Inc. of Silicon Valley (formerly known as the National Pan-Hellenic Council, Inc. Santa Clara Valley Chapter) was organized in November 1985, and chartered in 1986. The Council is composed of nine National Greek letter sororities and fraternities.

The Council meets on the 4th Monday of each month (in person and by phone) at 7:00pm at the African America Community Service Agency, at 304 N 6th St, San Jose, CA, 95112.
